ABOUT TOM

Tom is the winner of three Royal Horticultural Society Gold Medals and designed the most successful garden in the history of the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show. In 2021 Tom was the first designer to ever win all four awards at the show, including Best in Show, Best Construction, People’s Choice Award and a Gold Medal. The garden was designed for the country’s largest charity, Cancer Research UK.

In 2019 Tom designed a second show garden for Cancer Research UK, this time winning Gold, Best Construction and People’s Choice award.

Tom’s debut RHS show garden was the Gold Medal winning South West Water Garden, which was commended by the judges for its originality, ambition and flair.

Having qualified as a Landscape and Garden Designer at the London College of Garden Design based at Kew Gardens, Tom went on to work for some of the country’s leading garden designers before setting up his own practice.

Working on a range of projects across the country, from London town gardens to 100 acre country estates, Tom’s client focused approach produces beautiful gardens that are based on a deep understanding of each client’s brief.

This coupled with an appreciation of the garden’s setting and how it relates to the wider landscape, creates outdoor spaces that exceed expectations.

Tom’s believes gardens and landscapes are living spaces for people to enjoy, that help us relax and improve our lives. He approaches each and every project with the same enthusiasm and dedication, working hard to create the best and most beautiful gardens, that his clients will fall in love with.
